| MacKenzie Vault offers laser engraving that is done on premises and can include names, dates and images from our standard clip art library.
|

| We also offer custom engraving of images not included in our standard clip art gallery, as well as photographs provided by the family. Note: Photo engravings can only be done on white urns with black fill. The quality of photo/artwork provided will ultimately determine the quality of engraving.

| Most urns are engraved on the side, but can also be engraved on the top. Note: Grecian urns can only be engraved on the top. Stone-tone urns can only be engraved with names and dates using times new roman font.

| We will always provide a “proof” via fax or e-mail showing the layout of how the engraving will look on the urn. A signed proof or e-signature (confirming urn shape, color, spelling, graphic, font, fill color & placement of engraving) is required in order to process the order.

| Please note that whatever is depicted in black on the proof will end up the color of fill selected and everything you see as white on the proof will end up the color of the urn selected.

| All urns will ship out via United Parcel Service Ground unless otherwise specified.
